• Duties of Historic Road Racing Commissioner’s position detailed by Lindsay Grainger..
• Interest in the Qld Road Race forum- some members indicated interest in attending.
• Discussion of possibility of QEMSC members’ involvement in Pukakoe, New Zealand, race meeting, Feb 2010.
• Allocation of “Sponsors” garages at Historic Champs.

  Need to write official “thank you” to M/C Sportsmen for a great event.
• Lakeside "Festival of Speed" at on 19/20 September. Call for riders. Non-MA licenced riders can ride if vouched as competent by QEMSC’  Ian Milton.
• Possibility of drag racing event at Morgan Park strip in November. – Rob Walker to make enquiries.
• Tony Jacobs reported that the Esk Motorsport proposal had NOT been approved primarily due to the lack of detail in the environmental submission
