MQ Historic Sub Committee minutes

Present: - Wayne Skyring, Robert Walker, John Munns and Tony Jacobs.

 

Apologies: - Fraser McMillan

 

Minutes of the March meeting were read and noted as being correct.

 

Business arising from previous minutes

 

Action Item QHSC 38 – There was a general discussion about MA’s response on this matter and the validity of the interpretation.  There was an agreement that power Jet carburetors should be excluded, however there was not clear agreement on the situation with some models of Dellorto pumper carburetors.  It was decided that this matter should be researched further.  QEMSC members are to be contacted to get details of their reason for why they believe the wording of the relevant section of the MOMs is incorrect and possible solutions.

The Chairman reminded the committee that it was time for him to do his Annual Report and asked members for any items that they felt should be included.

 

There were no new action items.
